Returns & Refund
We gladly accepts returns on items (no sale items) and offer you 14 days of return from the date of your receipt.
As soon as we receive the returned items and approve the return, a full refund will be deposited to your bank account as soon as possible. Funds can only be transferred to the credit card used for the original purchase. Always keep the postal receipt with a tracking number, proving that the item(s) have been returned. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. We offer no compensation for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
We do not accept any returns of already used products or open packages. In case of damage during delivery, please contact us. We offer 14 days of return, from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange your item you just have to follow the guidelines below.
All goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in same condition as when received. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
